Accounts in this preview
Email registration collects an email address, display name, and password. Passwords are stored as hashes. Sign-in and account security use essential cookies. Staff accounts require an additional authenticator code.
Website sign-in history
When recording is enabled, successful website sign-ins record the time and sign-in method. Where available, they also record the network IP address and approximate country, region, and city observed by our hosting service, plus browser-reported browser, operating system, and device type. Authorized support and security staff can review these records when investigating account access. Locations may reflect a VPN or proxy, and browser-reported details do not identify a physical device. The investigation view covers the most recent 30 days; scheduled cleanup runs hourly to remove older sign-in records, subject to processing delays. Existing sessions and sign-ins from before recording began are not backfilled.
Connected services
The planned storefront uses Discord for account linking and Stripe or PayPal for payment processing. A verified Discord connection is required before Atlas for Windows can activate or run. Windows activation will use account and device information to validate access. Retention periods, processor details, international transfers, and deletion procedures must be defined in the final policy.
